How the collaboration works

Every project starts with a free discovery session where we clarify goals, constraints, and budget. Based on it you receive a concrete plan: the proposed architecture, delivery milestones, and a time and cost estimate. Development runs in two-week sprints, with demos at the end of each sprint, access to the staging environment, and direct communication throughout.

After launch you're not left on your own: I offer maintenance packages covering monitoring, security updates, bug fixes, and product evolution. Code ships with automated tests and documentation, and you fully own the source code and infrastructure.
